We had an exceptional experience working with Samson Properties. Emcee possesses an extensive knowledge of the home buying process and effectively guided us through the home search process. Additionally, they provided unwavering support throughout the closing phase. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering purchasing a home.

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emcee made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He explained every step clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decisions. His portal gave me instant access to new listings, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. His communication, professionalism, and support made a huge difference. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Buying my first home was quite the experience, and having Mr. Arah by my side made all the difference. While the process was more difficult than necessary due to a tricky seller and a slow-moving broker, Mr. Arah’s expertise and patience helped navigate the challenges. I used down payment assistance programs to cover closing costs and the down payment, which reduced my out-of-pocket expenses. This allowed me to use my savings to pay off private student loans and set aside a few months' worth of mortgage payments—one of the best financial decisions I made! Throughout the process, Mr. Arah was incredibly available. I called him multiple times a day, and sometimes even worked with him until 3 AM fine-tuning buyer responses. His calm, "wait-and-see" approach frustrated me at times, but looking back, it helped keep negotiations from becoming too hostile. Though I wished we had been more aggressive on pricing and terms, Mr. Arah’s years of experience ultimately paid off, especially with such a difficult seller. When I ran out of patience, he stepped up, allowing me to take a step back from the stress. The closing process hit an unexpected delay when the seller failed to renew their LLC, pushing things back by several days and nearly costing me the 2nd rate lock extension. Given that we started this process in October, they should never have listed the home without having their paperwork in order. Despite the hurdles, Mr. Arah remained a steady guide. He connected me with a fantastic lender (TD Bank) that provided $10K in closing cost assistance and no PMI—an incredible deal for a first-time homebuyer. Even after closing, he continues to be a resource, helping me with lingering details like misdirected bills and contractor recommendations. When he mentioned buying my next home in 2-3 years, I knew this wasn’t just a transaction—it was an experience we both grew from. Next time, I’d love for him (and the lender) to attend the housing counseling class I took, but overall, I’m beyond grateful for his guidance. If you want a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent who will see things through, Mr. Arah is the one!
